1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to Fantasy Expedition Defense (the “Game”) on Android and Apple platforms, and to this privacy-policy website. The Game is developed and published by Brayang (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Game does not require a separate Brayang account. Google Play Games or Apple Game Center sign-in may be used for platform achievements and cloud saves. These are platform accounts controlled by Google or Apple, not accounts created by Brayang.
2. Data we handle
Depending on your device, region, consent, settings, and the features you use, the following categories may be processed:
| Category | Examples | How it is obtained |
|---|---|---|
| Local game data | Progress, heroes, upgrades, inventory, rewards, settings, tutorial state, achievements, and save version. | Created by gameplay and stored on your device. |
| Platform game identity | Google Play Games or Apple Game Center player identifier and authentication status; the platform may also expose a display name or profile image. | Received after platform sign-in. We do not ask for your platform password. |
| Cloud save & achievements | Game progress, save version, conflict metadata, and achievement progress tied to your platform account. | Synced through Google Play Saved Games on Android or iCloud/Game Center on Apple devices. |
| Purchases | Product ID, storefront, transaction or receipt token, purchase status, quantity, and entitlement status. | Returned by Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment-card details. |
| Advertising data | Advertising or device identifier, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device/OS/app information, ad interactions, consent signals, and diagnostics. | Automatically processed by Unity LevelPlay/Unity Ads and its configured advertising demand partners when ads are enabled and shown, subject to consent and platform settings. |
| Technical & analytics data | IP address, app and OS version, device model, language, installation identifier, gameplay/service events, performance data, and errors. | Automatically generated and processed by Google Firebase Analytics and Unity Analytics only when the applicable consent state permits analytics collection. |
| Support communications | Email address, message, optional player ID, screenshots, and troubleshooting details you choose to send. | Provided directly by you when contacting support. |
Advertising and tracking
The Game includes rewarded and interstitial advertising delivered through Unity LevelPlay mediation with ironSource Ads, Google AdMob, and Unity Ads. Additional demand partners will not be enabled without updating the applicable disclosures and consent configuration. Advertising partners may use the data above to deliver ads, limit repetition, measure performance, prevent fraud, and—only where permitted and consented—to personalize advertising.
On Apple devices, permission through App Tracking Transparency is requested before accessing the advertising identifier or engaging in tracking as defined by Apple. On Android and in other regions, Google User Messaging Platform provides consent and privacy controls where required. Refusing consent or tracking does not block core gameplay; eligible ads may still be contextual or less personalized. You can reopen available privacy choices in the Game's settings and also use your device or platform privacy settings.
Analytics and consent
The Game uses Google Firebase Analytics and Unity Analytics to measure gameplay progression, feature use, retention, performance, service reliability, and advertising outcomes so we can operate and improve the Game. These analytics services are optional where consent is required.
For users in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regions where consent is required, the Google User Messaging Platform message is the Game's single consent flow for analytics. Both Firebase Analytics and Unity Analytics remain disabled unless the message produces a valid granted analytics_storage consent signal. If that signal is missing, invalid, or not configured, analytics remains disabled by default. Withdrawing consent through the in-game privacy options stops future analytics collection. Apple App Tracking Transparency is handled separately as the platform permission for tracking and does not create a second analytics consent flow.
Data we do not request
We do not ask for your legal name, postal address, contacts, precise GPS location, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or full payment-card number to play. We do not sell personal data.
This website
This static page does not use app-controlled advertising cookies or analytics. Its hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address and browser data to deliver and protect the page.
3. Why we use data
- Provide the Game: load progress, deliver rewards and purchases, enable achievements, cloud save, and ads.
- Maintain security: diagnose failures, prevent ad or purchase fraud, duplicate fulfillment, abuse, and invalid transactions.
- Improve the experience: understand performance, gameplay balance, and service reliability.
- Support players: answer support and privacy requests.
- Meet obligations: comply with stores, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and lawful requests.
Where law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Game, compliance with law, or consent. You may withdraw optional consent without affecting processing already lawfully completed.
5. Retention and deletion
- Local data remains until you clear app storage, use an available reset control, or uninstall. Reinstall behavior depends on cloud save.
- Cloud-save data remains in Google Play Saved Games or iCloud until replaced or removed through platform controls or a supported request. Brayang does not operate a separate account database.
- Achievements and platform identity may remain associated with Google Play Games or Game Center under platform retention rules.
- Purchase records may be retained to fulfill or restore entitlements, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, or legal duties. Deleting game data does not erase a store’s legally retained transaction record.
- Advertising data is retained by Unity and its advertising partners according to their policies, consent choices, legal duties, and fraud-prevention needs.
- Firebase Analytics data, when active, follows the retention settings configured for the Firebase/Google Analytics property and Google's applicable retention rules.
- Unity Analytics data, when active, follows the configured service period; Unity documents a default personal-data retention period of up to 13 months.
- Support emails are normally deleted within 24 months after closure unless longer retention is required for security or law.
Following a valid deletion request, we delete or de-identify data under our control unless retention is required for law, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or transactions. Data controlled independently by Google, Apple, Unity, or an advertising partner must also be managed through that provider’s controls.
6. Your privacy choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data under our control; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or request portability where applicable.
- Local data: clear the Game’s app storage or uninstall. Confirm your cloud choice first if you do not want progress restored.
- Platform data: use Google Play Games/Google Account settings or Game Center/iCloud/Apple Account settings.
- Analytics: use the in-game privacy options to grant, reject, or withdraw analytics consent. The same choice controls both Firebase Analytics and Unity Analytics where consent is required.
- Ads: use the in-game privacy/consent control when available and the advertising privacy settings on your device. On iOS, change tracking permission in Settings.
- Purchases: use Google Play or Apple purchase history and support. Consumables may not be restorable after use.
- Assistance: email the platform, request type, and optional player ID. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or authentication codes.
Because the Game does not create a separate Brayang account, there is no Brayang account to delete. We will still assist with data under our control and direct you to platform/provider controls where needed.
7. Children’s privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and does not request direct contact details from children. We do not knowingly collect a child’s name, email, precise location, contacts, photos, camera recording, or microphone recording through gameplay.
Platform sign-in, purchases, cloud save, advertising, and diagnostics are subject to applicable child-account, family, parental-consent, and age rules. Where a user is identified as a child or the law requires it, we use age-appropriate ads and disable personalized advertising or tracking. Parents or guardians may contact us if they believe a child sent personal data directly to us.
8. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data handled, including platform authentication, restricted access, receipt validation, consent controls, and encrypted network transport provided by store, cloud, analytics, and advertising services. No method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, they and we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Their linked notices explain their locations and practices.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game, SDKs, providers, or law changes. The effective date above will change, and material updates will be communicated in the Game, on this page, or through the relevant store when appropriate.
